FINE JEWELLERY with Cedar Sky

Students will learn advanced fine jewellery techniques like soldering and polishing as they construct high quality silver jewellery of their own designs.
Note: students will need to purchase silver directly from instructor.

Do you feel "silence challenged" or that you have trouble slowing down? You can learn to quiet your "monkey mind" and find peace. In this workshop you will learn the basics of Tai Chi and how it promotes lifelong health and serenity. You will accomplish this through specific breathing techniques, gentle and energizing movements, and by learning how to let go and yield in challenging situations.
