During this weeklong course, award winning watercolour and acrylic painter/tutor James Pay will lead you through the basics of watercolour painting including perspective, value, shape, form, and colour mixing. Each day, James will introduce a new topic as he demonstrates, step-by-step, how to paint a streetscape, harbour scene with boats, flowers, rough seas, and forest scene.

James E. Pay, UA, trained as an artist in Canada, UK and USA and lists the late A. J. Casson as his mentor. James is a signature member of the United Society of Artists, London, England and former vice-chairman of Central Arts, Scotland. He is known for his loose style of watercolour painting as well as his acrylic landscapes and florals.
