This is a course that was developed by Nicoladeo when he was teaching at the New York Art League. With a heavy emphasis on gesture drawing, one exercise builds on the last. The result is the participant develops a strong foundation in drawing. This course is good for beginners and more advanced artists who wish to keep their drawing skills honed.

LITHOGRAPHY with Robert Van de Peer

This workshop offers a unique opportunity for those interested in printmaking, to explore the magnificent technique of stone lithography. This particular technique is a new addition to our printshop. Our resident Master Printmaker Robert Van de Peer will guide participants through the process of grinding and preparing lithographic limestone, creating the image on stone, operation of the lithographic press and inking techniques as well as paper preparation. This workshop runs for two consecutive weekends. No previous experience necessary.
